The Cellux Group has pursued design, and has organised workshops ondesign methodology and creative sessions since 2006. During Budapest Design Week, little ones and adults visiting the studio may peek into the everyday work of the group, while the audience is welcome to participate in thematic programmes on two Sundays.
The open innovation workshop FabLab Budapest is a library of manufacturing technologies, where you can find a woodshop next to 3D printers, CNC machines and laser cutters. During the week you can learn more about the services of the lab where AB concrete design and Fabatka brands will be introduced.

Meonin explores the relationship between human and furniture, by understanding everyday tasks. At the event on Thursday, the brand will open its new showroom for the first time, where the thematic furniture exhibit is completed with Nedill food design installation. At the exhibition visitors have the chance to get to know the collection and philosophy of Meonin.
Brody Studios opens its doors again to welcome special guests from the fields of art, design, architecture, music, film etc. for a round table talk hosted by William Clothier, co-founder of the Brody House Group. Join them for a night of contemporary Hungarian design and combine the experience with fabulous drinks and yummy burgers. Stay for the rest of the night and dance your shoes off at Budapest Design Week's official party!
Teqball is newly developed, football-based Hungarian sports equipment and also a game, which is excellent for both professional and amateur footballers to develop their technical skills, concentration and stamina. Developed by two Hungarian inventors and designed by Co&Co Designcommunications, this innovative sports equipment also won a Red Dot award in 2015, and can now be tested by anyone at Teqball’s headquarters.
A Valami Produktív (Something Productive) is a universal art workshop specialising in reprography, analogue photography and the manual techniques of bookcrafting. This time they hold an open day for the interested audience: the artists present their projects in progress, and hold thematic workshops.
