What happens if socially sensitive designers meet autism? The conceptual bag collection from Autistic Art and Müskinn cooperation has been inspired by the everyday life of people living with autism in their specific homes, and their special systems. The collection is being presented in an exhibition and a pop up store.

Az Ékszerek Éjszakája Budapest szervezői 2018-ban ismét több, kisebb kiállításból álló sorozatot terveznek a már bevált központi kiállítás megtartásával. A szervezők (Dés-Kertész Dóra, Huber Kinga, Kecskés Orsolya, Kerékgyártó Szilvia, Stomfai Krisztina, Vékony Fanni) maguk is mind aktív ékszertervező művészek, a FISE (Fiatal Iparművészek Stúdiója Egyesület) tagjai.

H6 is group of six young jewelry designers. Six different relationships with jewelry, six different ways of thinking. One of them re-imagines the concept of jewelry with light, dance and space. Some of them give new meaning to how jewelry is worn by finding alternative uses for materials. Some are able to demonstrate the echelons of society with one jewelry collection. Their works differ but their common goal is to tell a story with jewelry. Be part of their story!

How did yacht pyjamas make it into the wardrobe of the women of Pest? What was the favourite outfit of Flóra Dessewffy, a revue dancer who also had shows in Shanghai? How was Van Cleef & Arpels inspired by the Chinese coolie hat? Walking tour with the curator of the exhibition entitled Sanghay – Shanghai: Parallel Diversities Between East and West and dress historian Csilla Kollár. The guided tour will be complemented by a jewellery-making workshop, a must for the lovers of Art Deco.
